Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), a common childhood condition that leads to considerable disability in social and academic performance. Unfortunately, it’s often unrecognized, misdiagnosed or over diagnosed. The purpose of the seminar was to discuss with fellow professionals such as neurologists, paediatricians, speech therapists, teachers, psychiatrists, and parents as well, their experiences of interacting at a personal and a professionals level, with a child with ADHD. Through this discussion, participants shared their learning experiences with each other, and make suggestions on how to address the behavioral, emotional, academic, emotional difficulties that accompany ADHD.
