Payments & Refunds

• All applicable payments should be made prior to availing psychological services.
• Session booking(s) will not be confirmed till the payment is received.

Fee Information

• The fee per session is dependent on the selected psychological wellness expert.

Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund

• Session Cancellation – The sessions may be canceled by either party with at least 6 hours’ notice.
• Session Reschedule – Canceled session may be rescheduled by mutual agreement of both the parties. If a scheduled session is not canceled without prior notice complete fees will be charged for the session.
• Refund –

Cancellation by The Client 

1.     If the client cancels the session 6 hours prior of the appointment they are applicable for 100% refund of the session amount
2.     It the client cancels the session 2 hours prior the session, they are applicable for 50% of the refund
3.     If the client does not cancel the session and misses the appointment, no refund will be initiated

Cancellation by Manas Expert

If the session is canceled by the Manas expert, refund may be initiated or the session may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement.
