Through our collaboration with Educational Institutions, including Amity International schools, Sanskriti Schools, Regional Centre for Biotechnology, The Air Force School, The Mothers’ International school, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, we have developed targeted programs to support student and teacher’s mental health, ensuring early intervention and support.We provide workshops tailored for both children and teachers, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to manage stress, build resilience, and promote a positive school environment.

Manas conducted a transformative mental health workshop for GRID India, which included a dedicated day for personalized counseling sessions. The workshop began with a series of engaging presentations and interactive discussions, designed to enhance employees’ understanding of mental health and equip them with practical strategies for managing stress and promoting well-being.
Following the group sessions, we offered individual counseling appointments, providing employees with the opportunity to engage in confidential, one-on-one discussions with our trained mental health professionals.

Through this comprehensive initiative, Manas aimed to empower GRID India’s workforce with the tools and resources needed to effectively navigate mental health challenges and improve their overall job satisfaction.
We also specialize in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments as part of the interview process for hiring or admission to institutes and organizations. These assessments are tailored to provide deep insights into candidates’ cognitive abilities, emotional intelligence, personality traits, and behavioral tendencies. By incorporating psychological assessments into the selection process, we assist organizations and institutes in identifying candidates who not only possess the required skills and qualifications but also exhibit traits conducive to a productive and harmonious work or academic environment.
Manas has proudly been in association with the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development (OCLD) for the past two years to conduct a detailed psychological assessment of high school students appearing for the three-year Systematic Training and Education Programme –STEP and post-graduates applying for multiple managerial positions at Select Oberoi and Trident Hotels. The interview questions are designed to assess the candidates on diverse parameters including coping style, emotional stability, anger management and problem-solving abilities, organizational commitment, resilience and leadership skills. A comprehensive Report Performa is prepared for each candidate, taking into account past history of mental health concerns and openness to seek professional help, if needed.
