Internship At Manas, we are excited to offer an internship program designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in the field of psychology while accommodating individual learning needs and preferences. This opportunity is open to students who are currently pursuing or have completed their graduation or post graduation in Psychology, ensuring alignment with the nature of the work involved. The internship is available for a minimum duration of one month to maximum 3 months.

The internship is based at the Noida Padma Manas Centre and follows a hybrid format, combining both online and offline components. We offer flexible scheduling to suit the diverse commitments of students and early-career professionals, with working days customizable by mutual agreement.

Interns will gain valuable exposure through a variety of roles and responsibilities, including case history taking and mental status examinations (MSE), assisting in capacity-building training, contributing to the creation and compilation of reports, conducting assessments under supervision, observing and facilitating workshops, and participating in regular case discussions for experiential learning. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to our social media initiatives, expanding their skill set in communication and outreach.
